Procedure for reimbursement to owners, users according to the requirements of art. 4, para 3 of Ordinance No. I - 45 of 24.03.2000 or a user of a road vehicle authorized by them, as well as by users on the grounds of another legal basis, of road vehicles over 3.5 tons using alternative fuel as the only source (approved in accordance with Decision No. 24918 / 30.03.2020, amended by Decision No. 26773/20 of 03.12.2020 of the Acting Chair of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency).

Procedure for providing the administrative service / issuing the individual administrative act, requirements and necessary documents:

Reimbursement of paid toll - toll fee in the amount of 50 percent of the value specified in art. 27, para 1 of the Tariff for the respective type of road vehicle for category EURO VI, EEV. is admissible for owner, user according to the requirements of art. 4, para 3 of Ordinance No. I-45 of 24.03.2000 or a user of a road vehicle authorized by them, as well as a user on the grounds of another legal basis of road vehicles over 3.5 tons, using alternative fuel as a sole source in the following cases:

• The persons are owners, users according to the requirements of art. 4, para 3 of Ordinance No. I-45 of 24.03.2000 or a user of a road vehicle authorized by them, as well as users on the grounds of another legal basis, of road vehicles using alternative fuel as the only source;
• They have submitted a declaration to the Road Infrastructure Agency for road vehicles over 3,5 tons, using alternative fuel as the only source;
• When using the paid infrastructure, they have paid a fee of distance travelled - toll fee, defined in art. 27, para 1 of the Tariff, and according to art. 27, para 2 of the Tariff the must pay a fee for distance travelled - toll fee, in the amount of 50 percent of the value specified in para 1 for the relevant type of road vehicle for category EURO VI, EEV.”

Necessary documents when submitting the application for reimbursement to owners, users in accordance with the requirements of art. 4, para 3 of Ordinance No. I - 45 of 24.03.2000 or a user of a road vehicle authorized by them, as well as by users on the basis of another legal basis, of road vehicles over 3.5 tons using alternative fuel as the only source:

1.   data for the registration number of the vehicle;

2.   copy of documents certifying payment of the fee of distance travelled - toll fee;

3.   a copy of the power of attorney if necessary;

4.   email address / contact phone.
