The electronic vignette issued upon the paid vignette fee follows the road vehicle in case of transfer of ownership of the road vehicle, retaining its validity for the period for which it was issued.

Procedure for providing the administrative service / issuing the individual administrative act, requirements and necessary documents:
Necessary documents when submitting the application change in the registration number of the road vehicle pursuant to art. 5, para 4 of the Ordinance on the terms and conditions, the order and the rules for construction and functioning of a mixed system for charging of the different categories of road vehicles on the basis of time and on the basis of distance travelled;
