3150 Registration of a provider of declared data in a publicly disclosed list
A provider of declared data is a person who collects and provides to an electronic toll collection service provider - national service provider or EETS Provider, data on geographical positioning and distance travelled by road vehicles of users with whom he has entered into a contract.
A trader who meets the following requirements shall be entered in a publicly announced list as a provider of declared data:
1. has a valid certificate according to BDS EN ISO 9001 or equivalent document;
2. has:
• Technical equipment necessary for collecting and providing data on the geographical positioning and the passed sections of the toll road network;
• Specialized staff with experience and the necessary qualifications, through which they can continuously fulfill the requirements of the person collecting tolls;
3. Has a good reputation.
The entry in the list entitles the Provider of declared data to enter into a contract with a provider of electronic toll collection services.

How to request the service
The application is addressed to the Acting Chair of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency
The application and the accompanying documentation are accepted:
- at a counter in the Central Administration of RIA;
- on site in the Information and administrative service center of NTA;
- by mail;
- by email ntd@api.bg.

The individual administrative act is appealed under the terms and conditions of the Administrative Procedure Code before the Minister of Regional Development and Public Works / Administrative Court, within 14 days of its notification.
