The working hours of the employees are from 9.00 am to 5.30 pm with a continuous work schedule.

When ordering an administrative service, citizens and companies can take advantage of the opportunities of Secure electronic service system It replaces the classical method of registered mail in accordance with art. 44, art. 43, art. 26 and para 4 of the Electronic Government Act.

The system for secure electronic service allows for correspondence by electronic means (submission of complaints, signals, requests, etc.) without the need for physical presence in the office of the administration.

The use of the System requires registration and the presence of a valid electronic signature or NSSI PIC.
