Termination of the validity of a free annual electronic vignette for persons with 50 and over 50 percent reduced working capacity - 3143

Name and unique identifier according to the Register of Services:

3143 Termination of the validity of a free annual electronic vignette for persons with 50 and over 50 percent reduced working capacity or type and degree of disability and persons or families raising children with permanent disabilities up to 18 years of age and until completion of secondary education, but not later than 20 years of age upon transfer of ownership of the road vehicle for which it is issued

The electronic vignette issued pursuant to para 1 and 2 of art. 10c of the Roads Act, does not follow the road vehicle in case of transfer of ownership over it, as it loses validity from the day of the transfer. The transferor is obliged to notify the Road Infrastructure Agency of the transfer immediately, but not later than three working days, otherwise he or she is not entitled to be issued a new free electronic vignette until the expiration of the original validity of the already issued in connection with the transferred vehicle.
