Education:
Eng. Nikolov holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy in Sofia, with two majors "Geodesy" and "Transport Engineering".

Career:
Since 2 February 2024 he has been a member of the Management Board of the Road Infrastructure Agency.
He has worked as a surveyor, planner and chief engineer on various projects.

He was engaged in investment design, traffic organization projects, construction supervision. He has worked on rehabilitation of municipal roads, streets, sections of the national road network.

He is a member of the Chamber of Engineers in Investment Design.
